What is T-CPO?
T-CPO stands for Titanium Certified Pre-Owned. All of our certified vehicles undergo a rigorous 200-point certification process that includes a safety inspection, a synthetic engine oil change and filter replacement, front and rear brake replacement or service/reconditioning, a new interior cabin air filter, and a complete interior, exterior, and engine shampoo with sanitization. This ensures that our vehicles meet the highest standards of quality and safety. In addition to these highlighted benefits, our T-CPO vehicles also come with many other perks.

Are there any fees?
No, there are no additional fees when you purchase a vehicle from us. We are an all-in price dealer, which means that the price you see is the price you pay. There are no hidden fees for administration, certification, or financing. The only additional costs are for tax (13%) and licensing ($59).
Are Titanium Auto’s prices negotiable?
No, our prices are not negotiable. At Titanium Auto, we are proud to be a haggle-free dealer. We price our vehicles very competitively and do not have any hidden fees for administration, certification, or financing. We also offer the lowest interest rates in the market. Our transparent pricing ensures that you get a fair deal on your vehicle purchase.
How can I pay for the vehicle?
You have several options for paying for your vehicle, and the price will be the same regardless of which method you choose.
- Cash: We accept bank drafts made out to “Titanium Auto LTD.”, bank transfers, e-transfer, debit cards, or cash. We do not accept personal cheques.
- Financing: You may finance our vehicles with or without a down payment.
- Deposit: You may place a deposit on a vehicle either online on our website or in-store via credit cards, debit cards, e-transfer, or cash.
Where does Titanium Auto get its vehicles from?
We source our vehicles from all across Canada, from as far east as Newfoundland to as far west as British Columbia. The majority of our vehicles come from the manufacturer after their lease end. We also source from auctions, trade-ins, and individual customers.
“But I found a cheaper vehicle somewhere else.”
While it is possible to find a cheaper vehicle elsewhere, our goal at Titanium Auto is to provide a fair deal for a high-quality vehicle. We may not always offer the lowest price, but we are confident that our vehicles are of the highest quality and that you will appreciate the value of our products and services. Financing
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we work with multiple lenders to find you the best approval. We are experienced in dealing with many different clients that have unique situations. Whether you have perfect credit or just starting with your credit, we have lenders that can assist you in your journey.
How come your interest rate is lower than the market?
We are proud to always find the lowest interest rates for our customers. We never mark up the interest rate and pass the savings to our customers
How do I apply for financing?
You may apply in our office or do it from the comfort of your home through our website. Click here to apply.
Does submitting a finance application impact my credit score?
Each time you submit a financing application, it will slightly affect your credit score by a few points for a short period. You can read about credit scores here.
Is my Social Insurance Number (SIN) required?
No, for most people we can process your application without a SIN number. Sometimes, the SIN number can help the lenders get your approval.
Can I add more money or pay off my loan at any time?
Yes, all our loans are open. This means that there are no penalty fees for the closing of your loan or adding more money at any time.
How long until I get financial approval?
For the majority of our clients, we can secure approval within a few minutes. For more complex applications, a few hours may be required.
How does the financing interest work?
Interest is calculated on your daily balance and added accordingly. You only pay interest for how long you have your loan. If you get a 60-month term and close the loan in 36 months, you only pay the interest for 36 months and save the 24 months’ interest.
What are the payment frequency options, and can I change the dates?
Automotive loans can be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Many of our lenders allow us to choose the payment date based on your preference. You may also adjust the payment date by contacting your lender.
Does my bank affect the loan? Do I have to use my bank?
No, your loan can be offered from a bank different from your regular bank account.
Can I pay my financing installment by credit card?
No, you can only pay through your bank account.
What is my loan balance and how can increase payment?
Your lender will be able to provide you with your current balance and how to make extra payments. If you need help contacting your lender, please let us know and we can provide you with the contact information.
What do I need to apply for financing?
We only need your ID (driver’s license). In some rare situations, we might need your proof of income.
What if my credit is new or complex and I don’t want high interest?
We might be able to secure a low-interest loan for new or complex credit by either getting a large down payment or a co-signer to be on the loan. As every situation is unique, we highly recommend that you contact us and we can give you a complementary analysis of your options.
I am on a student visa/ work permit, can I get financing?
We are experienced in assisting non-resident customers and newcomers in getting low-interest financing.
Do I have to put in a down payment?
Most of the time, a down payment is optional.
Trade-ins
Do you accept trade-ins?
Yes, we accept trades. We can appraise your vehicle either in-store or online. We also provide a market report with our trades to ensure we are providing a fair market value.
What is trade & save?
If you trade in your vehicle, you only pay tax on the price difference between the new vehicle and your trade-in. “Trade & Save” refers to the total value of your trade-in including the additional savings you get from paying less tax (tax savings).
What if my current vehicle has a loan, can I buy a new vehicle?
Yes, we can help you in closing off your old loan and opening a new loan for the new purchase. Your positive or negative equity will be transferred to the new loan. We don’t charge extra for closing your old loan.
What if a payment from my old loans is processed before my new loan is started?
Not a problem, the lender will offer you a refund as soon as we close off your old loan.
Can I trade more than one vehicle at a time?
Yes, you may trade in more than one vehicle and still get the full tax-saving credit.
Protection Packages
Does Titanium Auto offer any warranties on the vehicle?
Yes, all of our certified vehicles come with a 90-day or 3,000 km (whichever comes first) warranty from us. This includes coverage for the engine, transmission, AWD/ 4×4, drive axles, steering, suspension, turbocharge, supercharge, fuel system, air conditioning, heating and loaner vehicle.
Is there a manufacturer warranty on the vehicles?
Yes, the majority of our vehicles still have the balance of the manufacturer’s warranty. Inquire with us regarding the specific vehicle you are interested in and we can inform you of the balance of coverage.
What warranty packages do you offer?
We offer various warranty packages that are tailored to your needs. This includes Gold, Platinum and Titanium.
I want comprehensive protection similar to the original warranty.
We are proud to be working with one of the few companies in the industry to provide comprehensive extended warranty packages that are similar to the original manufacturer warranty.
How long is the warranty for?
We have various length options. Our most popular packages have no time limit and expire with your selection of KMs.
What about deductibles?
Most of our plans are $0 deductible. Other plans have the option to include the $0 deductible.
Where is the warranty valid?
Our warranties are valid all over North America.
Where can I take my vehicle for service?
You may bring the vehicle to our service department. Alternatively, you may also take your vehicle to any NAPA auto center. You may also take your vehicle to any other licensed service shop.
Is the warranty transferable?
Yes, some of our warranties can be transferable if selling the vehicle to a private party. A small processing fee may apply.
What is GAP (Guaranteed Asset Protection) insurance?
GAP insurance helps reduce or eliminate the remaining outstanding loan obligation balance to the bank if your vehicle is written off. When your primary insurance payout is “less” than what you still owe on the vehicle loan, GAP pays some of the shortfall between the insurance settlement and the outstanding loan balance owed to the bank.
