Windshield Stone Chip Repair Risk Disclosure:

A stone chip repair is intended to improve the structural integrity of the windshield and help prevent further cracking. While repairs are performed using industry-standard methods and materials, repaired areas may remain partially visible after the repair is completed. Windshield glass is unpredictable in nature, and there is no guarantee that a repaired stone chip will not spread or develop into a crack in the future. Temperature fluctuations, road vibrations, vehicle movement, and additional impacts may cause existing damage to expand despite a successful repair. The repaired windshield has met the requirements of the applicable Ontario Safety Standards Inspection at the time of certification. Titanium Auto makes no warranty, expressed or implied, regarding the long-term performance of the stone chip repair or the future condition of the windshield. Any future windshield repairs or replacement required after vehicle delivery shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

The customer acknowledges that windshield stone chip repair involves applying pressure and resin to damaged automotive glass. Due to the existing damage and stresses already present within the windshield, there is a risk that the chip may expand or that the windshield may crack during the repair process.

Titanium Auto will take all reasonable precautions when performing the repair; however, Titanium Auto cannot guarantee that the damage will not spread or that the windshield will not crack during or after the repair process. Should the windshield crack during the repair, additional repair may not be possible, and full windshield replacement may be required at the customer's expense.

By authorizing the repair, the customer understands and accepts the inherent risks associated with windshield stone chip repairs, including the possibility of further damage to the windshield during the repair process.
